http://www.helpthehospices.org.uk/simon-test-clip/?locale=en Help the Hospices e-learning services can be accessed via Current Learning in Palliative Care (CLIP) that provides a range of 15 minute on-line tutorials in palliative care.

http://www.helpthehospices.org.uk/mca/index.htm The National Council for Palliative Care and Help the Hospices provide a free e-learning package on the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) in relation to palliative care.

http://www.library.nhs.uk/Default.aspx Library for Health's Cancer Specialist Library provides comprehensive, up-to-date collection of systematic reviews in cancer treatment and management. Links to other key websites (including cancer charities) are listed together with other patient resources.

http://www.mariecurie.org.uk/ has a learning zone in which a variety of subjects can be accessed. There is also a virtual classroom `Moodle' that is currently being used to support both the `Health Care Assistant Development' and `Management Essentials' programmes.

http://www.palliativedrugs.com/ provides essential comprehensive and independent information for health professionals on the use of drugs within palliative care. A monthly newsletter and international bulletin board (information exchange) are also available.

http://learning.bmj.com/learning/main.html The British Medical Association (BMA) provides an on-line learning facility and members can automatically receive an e-mail update about modules and subjects that are available. Certificates are provided and successful completion of a module counts towards CPD.

http://www.rcplondon.ac.uk/ The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) have detailed coverage of several topics, some of which relate to palliative care and may be accessed in paper form through the journal or electronically from the RCP website. CPD points are awarded on completion of the study module.
