To audit the diagnosis and treatment pathway for patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer across the Yorkshire Cancer Network.
There is a perception that the waiting time targets are masking the true picture of waits between diagnosis and radical treatment (cystectomy/radical radiotherapy). This is because TURBT can count as “first treatment” for the purposes of the targets.

Some testicular cancer has a fast growth rate so early diagnosis and treatment is important.
YCN guidelines on testicular tumour are influenced by national frameworks for all cancers- in Yorkshire we have adapted those for the urgency.
Most patients will present to GP with testicular lump.
Patients referred by GP for ultrasound or to urology.
Primary surgery is not the best management for most cases of advanced disease - need CXR, markers and clinical examination to decide.
